Under his guidance, the company flourished, growing to a team of 250 employees and solidifying its position as a cornerstone in the South American market. Elisandro's visionary leadership serves as a driving force for S4A, embodying a legacy of success and innovation in the realm of SAP technology.

With over 25 years of dedicated SAP expertise, Tim Holter's journey began as a consultant with OmniLogic.

His professional footprint extends across Canada, the United States, and across the globe, offering invaluable insights in both configuration and technical domains, including ABAP and Security roles. Tim's trajectory then led him towards Project Management, where he has successfully orchestrated and overseen numerous SAP projects in roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Director, Sr. Delivery Director, and VP of Delivery across various SAP consulting companies.

Hailing from a small town in Saskatchewan, Tim holds an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Regina. His extensive experience coupled with his stakeholder relationship skills and commitment to understanding the client ‘why’ make Tim a valued addition to the S4A team.

German Aravena is leading the team that is bringing S4A’s Envoy suite of products to life.

Prior to joining the S4A team, German had spent the past decade specializing in supporting, selling, and product managing intricate data and software solutions tailored for E&P Companies.

Renowned as a valued team player, German is a reliable source for insight and strategic thinking. His unique blend of ingenuity and personable nature has consistently paved the way for finding mutually beneficial solutions, fostering enduring professional and personal relationships.

Designing since high school and armed with post-secondary training in design from the Center for Arts & Technology, Jon Couch brings a rich blend of education and expertise in a variety of industries to the table.

With a wealth of experience and a passion for user-centric design, Jon shoulders the responsibility of steering the UI/UX direction for numerous S4A products. From defining application workflows through low and high-fidelity prototypes to enhancing interfaces and conducting usability tests, Jon is the driving force behind the user experience at S4A. Beyond product design, Jon has led the creative charge for S4A's new brand and website.

Matthew Morris is a Project Manager whose professional journey has been characterized by his commitment to smaller organizations that thrive on implementing quick and innovative solutions.

Wearing multiple hats has been a key aspect of his approach over the past five years, providing him with invaluable business insights that uniquely support his Project Management career path. What began as a childhood hobby (programming), has turned into a full-blown career for Edmilson Abreu.

With over 14 years of formal experience spanning government, banking, and private sectors, Edmilson’s journey is marked by a passion for technology. Brenda Alves is an experienced SAP Developer with more than seven years of expertise delivering scalable, user-focused solutions across the SAP ecosystem.

She specializes in SAP Fiori, UI5, Gateway, ABAP, and RAP development, with a strong background in both classic and modern SAP technologies. Throughout her career, Brenda has worked across a variety of SAP modules, developing and enhancing applications that align technical functionality with business objectives.

Prior to joining S4A, Brenda held SAP development roles with NTT DATA Business Solutions and Indra, where she contributed to enterprise-level projects and solution delivery initiatives. She is also SAP-certified as both an SAP Fiori Application Developer and an ABAP Cloud Back-End Developer. Brenda brings a collaborative approach and passion for building efficient, high-quality SAP solutions.

With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting across Canada and Brazil, Lucas Santos is a Partial Controller at S4A. In this role, he plays a crucial part in driving budgeting processes, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Lucas’s entrepreneurial perspective, coupled with his previous and current experiences, helps him understand the financial needs of businesses. His background includes business development in opening new markets for an ERP company, which enhances his perspective as a finance professional. This unique blend of skills allows him to go beyond traditional accounting; Lucas not only focuses on the numbers but also comprehends the broader management needs of organizations.

Originally from Brazil, Lucas is dedicated to delivering exceptional financial leadership and innovative solutions in the financial services industry.

With over a decade of experience - and the last seven dedicated specifically to SAP technologies - Ricardo Ferreira is a full-stack wizard, proficient in ABAP and Neptune, among other cutting-edge technologies.

Ricardo brings a wealth of programming experience, seamlessly transitioning between coding, system design, and client interactions. Beyond technical proficiency, Ricardo is committed to honing his interpersonal and soft skills and finds fulfillment in guiding and mentoring fellow developers.

As our data analyst, Igor Foggiatto is at the forefront of spearheading the development of cutting-edge dashboards while also delving into the exploration of groundbreaking technologies like AI and ML to elevate our products.

Armed with a degree in Software Analysis and Development, Igor launched his career in the late '90s as an IT technician, and has since navigated through various analyst roles, gathering diverse experiences. Igor is a fantastic addition to the S4A team and takes great pride in contributing to the creation and delivery of best-in-class solutions for the company.

In addition to serving as a Product Owner for our Maestro solution, Cristyane also manages our Application Management Support (AMS) program.

With a keen ability to organize, synchronize activities, and drive continual improvement, Cristyane’s work ethic and teamwork contributes to active client relationship management, incident resolution, and successful coordination of new functionalities. Cristyane thrives on the challenge of finding innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and enjoy sharing knowledge with the S4A internal team.

Ashley Trevelyan is an accomplished delivery and consulting leader with more than 12 years of experience spanning SAP and ERP consulting, business analysis, product management, and complex technology delivery.

Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, guided enterprise transformation initiatives, and helped organizations translate complex business needs into practical, high-value solutions.

Ashley brings extensive experience in project and program leadership, Agile delivery, PMO development, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring. She has worked closely with clients and cross-functional teams to strengthen delivery practices, develop technology roadmaps, manage risk, and drive successful outcomes across SAP and other enterprise environments. Praise Usifoh is a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist with more than 10 years of experience supporting and implementing SAP EAM solutions for asset-intensive industries.

He has worked extensively with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of projects - from discovery and design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

With strong expertise in maintenance and reliability processes, Praise helps organizations enhance efficiency and maximize asset performance. He is particularly skilled at translating business requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Rafael Neme is an ABAP/Neptune Developer with 25 years of experience in Information Technology, the last eight of which have been dedicated to the SAP ecosystem.

He joined our team in January 2023, where he focuses on building efficient, reliable development solutions. Throughout his career, Rafael has also worked in SAP project management, gaining a strategic, end-to-end view of the delivery lifecycle.

His current focus, however, is on development — combining the robustness of ABAP with the agility of the Neptune platform to turn complex requirements into clean, high-value solutions. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Rafael holds a degree in Information Technology and an MBA in IT Project Management — a background that complements his technical work with a broader view of the delivery lifecycle.

Zaki Zaman is a seasoned SAP Technical Architect with 15 years of enterprise software experience, including 14 years focused exclusively within the SAP ecosystem.

He specializes in designing and delivering scalable, production-grade solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with deep expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5, JavaScript, ABAP, and cloud-native development. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from architecture and prototyping through deployment, user acceptance testing, and hyper-care support.

Throughout his career, Zaki has delivered innovative solutions for organizations in the energy, transportation, supply chain, and manufacturing sectors, leading initiatives involving invoicing, procurement, warehouse management, and AI-enabled document processing. Edimilson is a graduate of the Catholic University, with 25 years of experience in Information Technology, working on infrastructure, support, hardware, and software development projects.

As S4A’s Sales & Marketing Assistant, Karol supports a wide range of initiatives across digital marketing, content, CRM administration, sales support, events, and internal communications.

Bringing natural curiosity, adaptability and an eagerness to learn, she is excited to build her skills while contributing to S4A’s continued growth.

A quick learner who enjoys tackling new challenges, Karol is comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations, learning new tools and processes, and finding creative and efficient ways to approach her work. She is particularly motivated by opportunities to think beyond conventional solutions and continuously improve.

A Certified Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) through PEMAC, he combines deep SAP expertise with industry best practices to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.

Fernando specializes in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), maintenance work management, mobility solutions, SAP Fiori, and systems integration. He has led numerous SAP implementations, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations modernize maintenance processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

In addition to his consulting experience, Fernando has managed maintenance and production teams of more than 30 employees, giving him a strong understanding of both the technical and operational challenges his clients face. Thales is an SAP ABAP Developer with experience designing and developing custom SAP solutions across SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and NetWeaver environments.
