At the helm of S4A, Elisandro brings a wealth of leadership honed through diverse experiences, including the co-founding and establishment of an SAP consulting firm. Under his guidance, the company flourished, growing to a team of 250 employees and solidifying its position as a cornerstone in the South American market. Elisandro's visionary leadership serves as a driving force for S4A, embodying a legacy of success and innovation in the realm of SAP technology.

With over 25 years of dedicated SAP expertise, Tim Holter's journey began as a consultant with OmniLogic.

His professional footprint extends across Canada, the United States, and across the globe, offering invaluable insights in both configuration and technical domains, including ABAP and Security roles. Tim's trajectory then led him towards Project Management, where he has successfully orchestrated and overseen numerous SAP projects in roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Director, Sr. Delivery Director, and VP of Delivery across various SAP consulting companies.

Hailing from a small town in Saskatchewan, Tim holds an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Regina. His extensive experience coupled with his stakeholder relationship skills and commitment to understanding the client ‘why’ make Tim a valued addition to the S4A team.

German Aravena is leading the team that is bringing S4A’s Envoy suite of products to life.

Prior to joining the S4A team, German had spent the past decade specializing in supporting, selling, and product managing intricate data and software solutions tailored for E&P Companies.

Renowned as a valued team player, German is a reliable source for insight and strategic thinking. His unique blend of ingenuity and personable nature has consistently paved the way for finding mutually beneficial solutions, fostering enduring professional and personal relationships.

Paul Machry brings over 25 years of enterprise software sales experience to S4A, with leadership roles at IBM, SAP, Oracle, and Wipro.

He has a proven track record of driving digital transformation, building executive-level relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets across public sector and industrial markets.

As VP of Sales, Paul is focused on scaling a high-performing sales team, strengthening customer engagement, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring S4A’s innovative solutions deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

Designing since high school and armed with post-secondary training in design from the Center for Arts & Technology, Jon Couch brings a rich blend of education and expertise in a variety of industries to the table.

With a wealth of experience and a passion for user-centric design, Jon shoulders the responsibility of steering the UI/UX direction for numerous S4A products. From defining application workflows through low and high-fidelity prototypes to enhancing interfaces and conducting usability tests, Jon is the driving force behind the user experience at S4A. Beyond product design, Jon has led the creative charge for S4A's new brand and website.

Matthew Morris is a Project Manager whose professional journey has been characterized by his commitment to smaller organizations that thrive on implementing quick and innovative solutions.

With over 14 years of formal experience spanning government, banking, and private sectors, Edmilson’s journey is marked by a passion for technology. Additional courses, participation in a competitive university programming club, and formal studies in IT has solidified his expertise as a software developer.

Since joining S4A in January 2021, Lucas Coelho has been a key player in delivering top-notch code solutions to our clients while providing invaluable technical consultancy.

Lucas takes a comprehensive and sensitive approach to client interactions, striving to understand their unique requirements in order to provide the best possible service. Lucas especially appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds worldwide and having the chance to learn something new every day.

With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting across Canada and Brazil, Lucas Santos is a Partial Controller at S4A. In this role, he plays a crucial part in driving budgeting processes, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Lucas’s entrepreneurial perspective, coupled with his previous and current experiences, helps him understand the financial needs of businesses. His background includes business development in opening new markets for an ERP company, which enhances his perspective as a finance professional. With over a decade of experience - and the last seven dedicated specifically to SAP technologies - Ricardo Ferreira is a full-stack wizard, proficient in ABAP and Neptune, among other cutting-edge technologies.

Ricardo brings a wealth of programming experience, seamlessly transitioning between coding, system design, and client interactions. Beyond technical proficiency, Ricardo is committed to honing his interpersonal and soft skills and finds fulfillment in guiding and mentoring fellow developers.

As our data analyst, Igor Foggiatto is at the forefront of spearheading the development of cutting-edge dashboards while also delving into the exploration of groundbreaking technologies like AI and ML to elevate our products.

Armed with a degree in Software Analysis and Development, Igor launched his career in the late '90s as an IT technician, and has since navigated through various analyst roles, gathering diverse experiences. Igor is a fantastic addition to the S4A team and takes great pride in contributing to the creation and delivery of best-in-class solutions for the company.

In addition to serving as a Product Owner for our Maestro solution, Cristyane also manages our Application Management Support (AMS) program.

With a keen ability to organize, synchronize activities, and drive continual improvement, Cristyane’s work ethic and teamwork contributes to active client relationship management, incident resolution, and successful coordination of new functionalities. Cristyane thrives on the challenge of finding innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and enjoy sharing knowledge with the S4A internal team.

Luciana Tsuruda is a Software Developer with a growing specialization in SAP ABAP and Neptune. Since joining S4A, she’s embraced the power of the Neptune platform to build streamlined, user-friendly solutions that deliver real value.
